PRE-WORK: Lifestyle Audit + Realistic Goal Setting

Your dashboard will unlock on Monday, September 30thThis week, we’ll lay the foundation of your healthy lifestyle by diving deep into the fundamentals of realistic goal setting and your individual lifestyle audit. This is the foundation of my holistic approach. 

We’ll begin collaboratively as a group for our orientation call on Monday, October 7th. 

MODULE 1: Kitchen Reset + Eating Clean

Next up, you’ll master the most important weight loss skill: eating clean. If you have a lack of knowledge of exactly what to eat to start your weight loss you’ll end up stuck and frustrated. In this module, you’ll learn how to execute a full kitchen reset, know exactly where to start and begin eat healthy balanced meals. You’ll be able to gain energy naturally through food.

MODULE 2: Simple Snacking + Portion Control

If you want to lose weight in a healthy way you must create a sustainable caloric deficit primarily through nutrition. In this module you’ll learn how to create better snacking habits and the portion control to help you lose weight that stays off.

MODULE 3:  Changing Habits

If you start off good but then have spurts where your meal prep & go hard for a month or two but 1 little thing will set you off, it’s time to get off the yo-yo cycle. You’ll be given guidance and the tools to be able to fully commit to this lifestyle change. No more going crazy on the weekends.  You’ll learn the mindset that you deserve to put yourself first.

MODULE 4: Meal Planning

If you struggle with food planning – what to eat that doesn’t make you gain weight and consistency of eating food (not bingeing due to being unprepared or not knowing what to eat) this module will be a game changer. Learn Massi’s  3-step system on how to make healthy nutritious decisions in advance, on the go, at the office, in restaurants and/or while traveling. 

MODULE 5: Meal Prepping

Have a schedule set for meal prepping and get in a grove of consistency with eating. Learn the hacks to make time to meal prep. Establish meal prepping as a way of life as well as how to make good choices when eating out.

MODULE 6: Consistency

  Lose weight and maintain the results long term. You’ll become better organized when it comes to your health & finally have a system in place going forward for working out at the gym, making time and consistent eating.

8-Weeks of Workouts

 If you struggle with consistency of training in the gym post the two days a week you normally go due to lack of knowledge of what to do when you’re alone without the trainer you’ll benefit from this effective plan.

Become confident about your workouts by having a simple plan for working out through the program. You’ll have a program that’s easy to follow where you’ll be working out 3-4x a week.

1.) WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START AND FINISH?

Applications for enrollment close on Monday, September 30th. The program starts on Monday, October 7th and will end on Monday, December 8th.

2.) HOW DO THE COACHING CALLS WORK?

Each week we’ll have a group coaching accountability call to review your meals and challenge progress for the previous week. The coaching calls are 90 minutes.

3.) THERE'S HOMEWORK? DO I HAVE TO DO IT EVERY WEEK?

Each week you’ll get “adult homework” aka weekly challenges. When you complete your challenge, you’ll unlock access to our private group coaching calls. If you don’t complete your challenges you won’t have access to the calls.

4.) HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

After enrolling, you’ll have access to the program for as long as it exists — across any and all devices you own. You’ll also get access to the updated trainings that become available in future renditions.

5.) ARE THE WORKOUTS AVAILABLE TO BE DONE AT HOME?

Possibly 😉 You’ll be highly encouraged to get a gym membership and commit to going to the gym.

7.) IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

Of course. I want my programs to be as accessible as possible to those who’d like to participate.

8.) HOW DO THE PAYMENT PLANS WORK?

There’s a paid in full option and an option to choose a payment plan. There is a  2-monthly payment installment available. We do not accept weekly payments.

9.) IS THE FIRST PAYMENT DUE THE DAY OF?

Your first payment will be due on the day you decide to enroll. The payment(s) will be processed automatically on the debit/credit card you utilize.

10.) AS FAR AS WORKOUTS - HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first 4 weeks of the program you’ll go through a 3x week workout schedule. The last 4 weeks you’ll begin phase 2 which will include a 4x a week workouts. The workouts are split up into a lower body and upper body split where you’ll need to use dumbbells.

11.) HOW WILL THE WORKOUTS BE LISTED?

All of your workouts will be available inside of your podia dashboard. You’ll have access to the video tutorials at anytime.

12.) HOW MANY SPOTS ARE THERE?

This program is kept small and intimate to facilitate true lifestyle change and community. There are only 10 spots available this round.

13.) WHAT HAPPENS AFTER OUR DISCOVERY CALL?

At the end of our call, 1 of 2 things will happen. 1) You’ll either be a perfect fit, and I’ll extend an invitation to join our community.  2) Or, if it’s not a good fit, that’s okay too. There won’t be any hard feelings and NO obligations on your part – I’ll suggest something else you can do to achieve your goals or try to point you in the right direction.
